Transcript Request Information
The Registrar's Office maintains student records for Oak Park and River Forest High School. Our office can provide:
- An official copy of a transcript and/or verify a graduation date for graduates of OPRF HS
- An unofficial copy of a transcript for current OPRF HS students in grades 9-12
- Seniors: Your final transcript will be sent to the college you indicated on your senior survey by the end of June. Colleges often take a couple of weeks to reflect the receipt of the transcript sent by OPRF HS. You have until July 31 to request a free transcript from Parchment; after that, you'll be considered Alumni and would have to pay a small fee. If your post-secondary plans have changed, please contact Carin Lucas at (708) 434-3506 or clucas@oprfhs.org as soon as possible.
